Your visitor badge will grant you access to the offices and production area
- Confidential data, documents and information are stored
- Access will only take place under the supervision of Rotomail’s employees
- You shall be obliged to maintain complete confidentiality on the data and information of our company, its principles and the principles’s clients, when accessing our locals
Violation of the obligations may result in your personal liability
ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS
In the plant it is obligatory:
- Switch off the engine when vehicles are stationary
- Carry out separate waste collection, paying attention to the different waste containers
- Do not dump any liquid or solid products (cigarette butts, etc.) either down drains or on the factory floor
- Turn off lights if not necessary
- Do not waste water in its use inside the company
In the event of an environmental emergency contact your company contact person and/or reception.

To achieve our goals, Rotomail Italia works with procedures that guarantee the security of information, the safety and health of its employees, and attention to environmental impacts following the principles of sustainability
- If you enter the production area you must wear safety shoes or toe caps
- You must always follow the contact person
- You must always follow all Rotomail rules
- Pay attention to prohibitions and risks in the company

- Follow all instructions given by the Internal FireFighting Team
- Go to the assembly point (see map)

- In a dangerous situation, contact reception immediately
