Web Tracking System

In order to constantly monitor all the in-house process, Rotomail has developed a product tracking which enables "real time" monitoring of all activities, known as the PEGASUS TRACKING SYSTEM.

This application makes it possible to track the life of every single flow which is sent to us, following its evolution within the production process to arrive, in the final stage, at the detailing of the data on which every single document is sent.

Also thanks to this tool, the potential of which is constantly strengthened and refined, Rotomail has certified its entire production process in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.

To allow its Customers to monitor the progress of production and check on service levels, Rotomail can activate internet access to the Pegasus Tracking System.

This service, available by Customer request, can make information, detected in real time, on all the production phases linked to the orders of pertinence available to authorised users via WEB.

Information regarding the state of processing, printing, folding, the type of envelope and the mailing method used will be made available to the user, along with details on the coupling of inserts, the number of types of documents in the flow, etc, all properly standardised with the service levels agreed to by contract.

Moreover, thanks to the use of a special test file, prototypes of all the documents that will be generated by Rotomail may be made available to users, including service messages or marketing communications, thus offering the possibility to maintain real visual control of the automatisms of the production system.
