PEGASUS : Mailing

Mailing is another very important activity which can considerably influence the speed of delivery of the items produced. Depending on the customer’s requirements and the mailing channel chosen, the Pegasus system organises and optimises the subdivision of the items, allowing faster sorting by the delivery companies or departments.

Two daily cycles of delivery to the Italian Post-Office guarantee a more even distribution of deliveries.

The types of mailing are extremely varied and completely customisable, as are the distribution channels. Here are some examples:

Physical mailing.

  • Using customised envelopes franked by the Customer for delivery
  • Using pre-franked Rotomail envelopes available for all types of dispatch (Mass, priority mail, registered mail, etc.)
  • Envelopes with no franking and with special subdivisions for mailing services

E-mailing.

  • Via WEB using the Pegasus WEB Retrieval System
  • Via email using the Pegasus Electronic Mail System
