PEGASUS : Document Design

Document Design is an important component of the process and the aims linked to the development of an integrated communication proposal are numerous. They can be summarised as follows:

  • Identification of the guidelines to guarantee a coordinated and harmonious graphic development of all modules (on-line and off-line), strict in terms of form and flexible in terms of the uses which associate the company image with efficiency, modernity and easy IT management.
  • Development of rational graphic forms, suitable for use on the web and in hard copy, which respond to the mot modern and function consultation criteria and can be easily reproduced on any element, be it colour or black and white, at high or low speed, locally or remotely.
  • Depending on their use and time-related needs, the documents will be designed for reproduction on pre-printed paper or starting with white paper and maintaining very high levels of quality and legibility in both cases.
  • Introduction of dynamic graphics where they can contribute to a more easy and immediate understanding of data.
  • The introduction of a highlighting colour on the fixed graphic part and on the variable data to better highlight the main elements of the document and save on the printing of expensive pre-printed modules with a high rate of obsolescence ("real print on demand").
  • A modular development system which enables upgrading cycles and the implementation of new quick, effective and inexpensive forms.
  • A technologically advanced development system which, regardless of the media used (paper web, e-mail, etc.), enables the end customer to perceive the quality and uniqueness of the service offered to him.
